Hard Waste Driver

Location: Boronia, Hallam & Dandenong South

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated, physically fit, experienced HR Drivers to join our team! You will operate company vehicles to collect hard or green waste from designated areas, working alongside offsiders you will be required to assist them loading the collection vehicle you are operating. Reporting to the Leading Hand or Supervisor, you will ensure waste is collected and disposed of efficiently and in line with all company and regulatory standards. This role requires a focus on safety, vehicle maintenance, and exceptional customer service, with early starts required.

Sales Representative

About the Role:

For the first time, we are introducing a dedicated sales role. This position is primarily focused on new business development, supported by inbound enquiries and a small portfolio of existing customers. You will take ownership of generating opportunities, winning new customers, and establishing sales discipline, while contributing to how the function evolves.
