Quality Policy

In recognition of WM Waste Management Services (WM) role of providing both municipal hard waste, green organics and mattress collections and skip and bin hire services for local government, industry and private citizens, and recognising that our customers need to receive services when programmed or agreed toWM has formulated its quality policy around its mission statement:

 

It is WM’s endeavour to provide waste collection, transport services of superior quality ensuring full compliance with all regulations

WM will carry out any assignment efficiently, safely and in an environmentally responsible manner

 

Quality is an integral part of WM’s operations.  It directs our actions and decisions to deliver the services expected by our customers and in doing so, achieve our ambition of being locally recognised as the most trusted, profitable, amicable, safe and environmentally friendly company in the waste collection sector.

This quality policy summarises our commitment to continuously improve the quality of our services by:

  • Identifying, meeting and striving to exceed our customer’s expectations by the commitment, involvement and dedication of all employees.
  • Complying with the quality requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant regulations.
  • Reviewing our management system regularly as means to improving its levels of service, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve a fair rate of return on its owner’s investment and in doing so, provide employment security to its staff and subcontractors who support the company’s goals, quality policy and objectives.

At WM, we implement the Quality Policy through the application of the Integrated Management System.

As Managing Director, I pledge to set up, and monitor management objectives and targets and provide the required resources and authorities needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our management system.
